This job oversees energy usage, coordinates load allocation, supervises energy information provision, and ensures compliance with energy distribution protocols. This role involves preparing reports, monitoring compliance, and supporting project planning and design.
Job Requirements
A first degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or management fields is required B.Sc., B.Eng., or HND
Possession of certifications in Engineering is required; Membership in a professional body is required e.g. NSE, COREN.
At least 3+ years of experience in Energy Management or related roles. At least 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
Job Responsibility
Oversees energy usage across the coverage area and prepares various reports of energy usage patterns and trends.
Coordinates real-time allocation (Confirmation and execution) of load distribution in line with the approved standard.
Supervises the provision of information on actual energy usage on feeders and supports the conceptual project planning and design for the region.
Oversees daily allocation of 40% of available daily energy to Band A feeders within the coverage region.
Monitors and ensures timely correction of NEMSA-observed defects on Distribution Networks across the Ogun region.
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards on the tracking of TCN allocated/Given load on an hourly basis.
Ensures 100% usage of daily energy nomination for the region.
Monitors 100% hours of supply (HOS) compliance across the feeder Bands (A, B, C, D&E).
Prepares periodic and ad-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders.
Perform any other duty as requested by Head of Network Operations
