The Employee Services Supervisor will manage all employee-related support services in a retail pharmacy setting, ensuring efficient HR operations across multiple pharmacy locations.
This includes supervising onboarding, documentation, benefits administration, welfare initiatives, and employee queries while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
The role also supports a healthy workplace culture among pharmacists, technicians, and front-end staff.

Responsibilities

Oversee onboarding and orientation processes for new pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and retail assistants.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll issues, and leave management.
Maintain up-to-date personnel files and ensure accurate entry of staff data in HR systems.
Monitor attendance, lateness, and leave trends; escalate discrepancies to HR or relevant line managers.
Ensure proper offboarding procedures are followed, including exit interviews and clearance documentation.
Coordinate the administration of employee benefits such as medical insurance, professional license reimbursements, and statutory contributions.
Support employee engagement and welfare programs tailored to the pharmacy environment.
Track professional licensing and certification compliance for pharmacists and technicians.
Supervise HR support staff across multiple pharmacy branches to ensure standard processes are followed.
Assist in resolving minor employee grievances or escalating issues to HR leadership when required.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 – 5 years in an HR support or employee services role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity. Experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare-related business is preferred.
