Design and develop electrical systems and components for electronic devices.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new projects.
Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to create integrated solutions.
Perform testing and validation of electrical designs to ensure reliability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in prototypes and production units.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics and design specifications.
Stay updated with industry standards and emerging technologies to implement best practices in electrical design.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, B.Tech. or related field (e.g., Mechatronics).
5 – 7years of relevant experience (for mid-level roles) Experience with electrical systems design, installation, and maintenance.
M.Sc.is an added advantage for senior roles. Certifications& Licensing Professional Engineering (PE)license (optional but preferred).
Certifications (e.g., PMP, AutoCAD, PLC, OSHA Electrical Safety).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, EPLAN, or similar software.
Circuit design,PLCs,SCADA, control systems.
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation. Knowledge of NFPA,NEC,IEEE standards.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Team work, communication, and attention to detail.
Good project and time management skills.
Physical &Work Conditions
Willingness to work on-site or in industrial settings.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel when required.
