The London Academy Business School (LABS) is an educational and consulting company that specializes in designing and delivering specialized seminars and other educational products to private and public enterprise organizations. In the past years, LABS has increased its commitment and activities in different sectors of the economies.
This role requires a strategic thinker, an education administrator, and a business-minded leader who thrives in a dynamic, impact-driven environment. You will lead the delivery of LABS’ academic and vocational offerings while scaling innovative education ventures aligned with national and global development goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage operations for LABS’ academic programmes (Foundation, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Executive Education)
Oversee the rollout of the LABS Institutional Roadmap across five education pillars
Drive income generation through student recruitment, enterprise training, and public-private partnerships
Engage key partners: University of Sunderland, CBN, FIRS, NYSC, Ministries of Education, Health, and Innovation
Lead monitoring, evaluation, audits, and strategic performance reporting
Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of academic, marketing, and administrative staff
Ensure compliance with NUC, NBTE, Pearson/CMI, and other regulatory bodies
Who We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Business, Education, or Public Administration (PhD a plus)
Minimum 7 years’ experience in educational operations, business management, or project leadership
Experience working within a TNE, UK-Nigeria education, or executive training context
Strong stakeholder management, budgeting, and team leadership skills
Visionary mindset aligned with education innovation and job creation in Africa
