Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective Economics lessons.
Develop and implement schemes of work and lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements and cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.
Use a variety of teaching methodologies and modern educational tools to enhance learning.
Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
Prepare students for internal and external examinations in Economics.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and report on this to stakeholders.
Participate in departmental meetings, staff training, and professional development opportunities.
Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and events.
Qualifications and Experience
A Degree in Economics or a related field.
Proven experience in teaching Economics at the secondary school level.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
