Our MissionResponsibilities
Drive sales activity through business development efforts with companies or individuals.
Evaluating the creditworthiness of the applicants as well as the risk involved before loan disbursement.
Identity opportunities, research their requirements, conduct primary research, present proposals, negotiate deals and close deal.
Act as liaison between customers and our financial institution and help applicants acquire loans in a truly manner.
Keep abreast of market trends and competitive activities, maintain current knowledge of construction and contracting industry.
Determine if the client is loan worthy based on information received such as financial statements, collateral etc.
Requirements
Proven sales experience from carrying out Loan Processing, disbursement, monitoring, collateral management and loan repayment collection from customers of the company.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a loan officer in the any financial institution ( micro finance included).
BS.c degree in Finance, Economics , Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
Age range between 22-32yrs.
