We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Writer / Social Media Manager to join our team and bring our brand’s voice to life across digital platforms.
You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing social media channels, and driving engagement with our online audience.
This is a dual role ideal for a talented storyteller with a solid understanding of social media trends and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute content strategies that align with the brand’s tone and goals.
Write engaging blog posts, website copy, newsletters, captions, and marketing content.
Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish posts across platforms using content calendars.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
Collaborate with designers and other teams to produce visual and written content.
Track and report content performance, adjusting strategies based on data and insights.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field with 3 – 5 years experience.
Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or social media manager.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Strong understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creativity, curiosity, and a passion for digital content.
Nice to Have:
Experience in paid ads (Meta, Google, or Twitter/X)
Basic video editing or design skills
Experience growing a brand or personal page organically.
