As a Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations meet regulatory standards and internal policies. You will assist in identifying compliance risks, monitoring activities, and supporting audits and investigations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Conduct regular risk assessments and report findings.
Maintain updated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations (CBN, SEC, NDIC, etc.).
Support in preparing documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
Assist in developing internal policies and staff training on compliance matters.
Investigate and document any compliance breaches or irregularities.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or related field (preferably in financial services or fintech).
Understanding of the Nigerian regulatory landscape.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
B.Sc. in Law, Finance, Business Admin, or related field (compliance certifications are a plus).
