As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly competent and experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee and strengthen the security framework across all our outlets, central kitchen, head office, and club/lounge units.
The Chief Security Officer (CSO) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and systems that ensure the safety of our staff, customers, assets, and facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate or operational security within a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enforce security policies and standard operating procedures across all outlets.
Supervise security personnel and coordinate shift schedules across various locations (restaurants, central kitchen, club/lounge, etc.).
Monitor and investigate security breaches, theft, or misconduct, and liaise with law enforcement when necessary.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits of physical security systems (CCTV, access controls, alarm systems, etc.).
Train staff on security awareness, emergency protocols, and incident response.
Manage visitor control, perimeter checks, staff exit searches, and night patrol operations.
Oversee background checks for new hires and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly security reports to management.
Support crisis and emergency management planning and execution.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a security leadership role, preferably in QSR, hospitality, FMCG, or logistics sectors.
Proven track record in managing security operations across multiple business units or locations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of physical security systems and technologies (CCTV, access control, etc.).
Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies.
Relevant security or safety certifications are an added advantage.
Background in military, law enforcement, or private security service is a plus.
