Job Summary

We are seeking a CCTV Monitoring Officer to join our security team. 
This role is critical in ensuring the safety of our premises, staff, and customers through vigilant surveillance, threat detection, and prompt incident response.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Possess relevant certifications 
1 – 3 years experience.
Proven experience as a CCTV Operator, Security Officer, or Surveillance Monitor (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, security operations, and emergency response procedures.
Ability to stay alert, focused, and observant for extended periods.
High integrity and confidentiality in handling security footage and reports.
Proficiency in using CCTV software, surveillance tools, and Microsoft Office for reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify threats and anomalies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, including night shifts and weekends.
Operate and monitor all CCTV cameras, alarms, and security systems across all business units.
Detect and report suspicious activities, security breaches, and potential risks in real time.
Ensure uninterrupted surveillance by maintaining system functionality and promptly reporting any technical faults.
Respond to security incidents by escalating to the appropriate personnel (Security Officers, Intel Team, or Law Enforcement).
Document incidents with clear time-stamped footage and detailed reports for investigations.
Support security teams in loss prevention and identifying fraudulent activities.
Monitor compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and access control measures.
Ensure only authorized personnel access restricted areas.
Assist in investigating theft, vandalism, or policy violations by providing footage and insights.
Maintain close communication with the Chief Security Officer (CSO) and Operations Team.
Provide real-time updates on suspicious activities or operational inefficiencies observed.
Participate in regular security briefings and training sessions.
