We are seeking an experienced and skilled Canteen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company’s canteen in Lagos.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the canteen staff, coordinating food production and service, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the canteen staff, including cooks, Waiters, and cleaning staff
Plan and coordinate food production and service
Ensure high-quality food and service standards
Maintain a clean and safe canteen environment
Manage inventory and supplies
Develop and implement menus and meal plans
Monitor and control expenses
Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in canteen management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent customer service skills
Basic accounting and inventory management skills
Food safety and hygiene certification (desirable)
