We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic Business Analyst to work as a business processer and collaborate with a cross-functional team to build process in our business Software Solution.
He will work closely with the Business and IT team to develop and translate a vision for the business and is responsible for communicating that vision to the IT development team.
He will be responsible for helping to shape the roadmap and oversee the execution of the roadmap.
This includes defining requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and driving scalability and other business requirements for the ERP.
Deep Business process knowledge must be developed to serve all business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with top management business process owners to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement.
Maintain an appropriately prioritized project tracker of user wish list for implementation.
Work with stakeholders to determine scope and priorities for application / product development cycles.
Work with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and design great features for our stakeholders.
Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams.
Bridge the gap between technical needs and the requirements of users including providing detailed product requirements for implementation of changes to our systems.
Requirements
Education:
Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, higher or the equivalent, preferably in relevant technical fields such as Computer Science, Analytics, etc.
Experience:
Experience with ERP system technology, and deep business understanding of ERP domains.
Expertise in communicating progress at each phase of development as appropriate, including published roadmaps, requirements, and other information.
Preference: 10+years of experience as a product owner / ERP process development / Business process analyst in an Agile development environment.
