Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, and conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather information.
Review and analyze workflows to detect process gaps and suggest improvements.
Organize and present findings and suggestions through meetings and presentations.
Assist in testing and validating solutions to confirm they meet specified requirements.
Evaluate current processes to identify areas for enhancement and operational efficiency.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business analytics management, information systems or a related field.
Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills
Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software.
