We are looking for a skilled and experienced HDPE Blow Mold Machine Operator to Join our team that oversee the operation of our blow molding machines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality HDPE plasticproducts, troubleshooting machine issues, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain HDPE blow mold machines to produce high-quality plastic products
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications
Conduct regular quality checks and report any defects or issues
Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines as needed
Train and mentor junior operators to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / NCE / NECO qualification
Minimum of 5 years of experience operating HDPE blow mold machines
Proven track record of meeting production targets and quality standards
Strong knowledge of blow molding processes and machine maintenance
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and documents
Physical ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
