Soin Jeff Foundation is a dedicated therapy and support center for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental challenges. We provide evidence-based interventions, caregiver training, and inclusive education support.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and collect data on client behaviour.
Develop and implement individualized behaviour intervention plans (BIPs).
Use Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviours.
Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists) and caregivers.
Provide training and support to parents and educators.
Maintain accurate session notes, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Behavioural Science, or a science related field.
Certification in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or experience working under a certified Behaviour Analyst (preferred).
Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with autism or developmental disorders.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in child development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with data collection and ABA software tools.
Experience in inclusive education or therapy center settings.
Additional training in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is a plus.
