We’re seeking a creative and skilled Bartender with strong mixology expertise to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating unforgettable drink experiences – whether classic cocktails, house specials, or original signature blends—and will bring energy, professionalism, and personality behind the bar.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, infusions, and special mixes.
Create new signature drinks in line with seasonal themes and brand identity.
Engage customers with a welcoming attitude, offering drink recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering, restocking, and minimizing wastage.
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth bar and floor operations during service.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and mixology innovations.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a bartender, with proven mixology skills.
Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, garnishes, bitters, and cocktail techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in bartending or mixology (optional but preferred).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
