The Baker Delicatessan is a bakery situated at the annex of Amuwo Odofin with its core business as production of bread / pastries.Responsibilities
Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring the highest quality of products
Manage and mentor bakery staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Ensure efficient use of resources to minimize waste and maximize productivity
Keep accurate records of production, inventory, and sales
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year experience.
Proven experience as a Bakery Supervisor or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
