From its maiden advent in Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing in the mid-80′s, the Group diversified into bulk importation of Industrial Chemicals, affordable Pharmaceuticals and Surgicals, Commodities, Polyethylenes, Automobiles, Electronics and White Goods. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Facility Manager to join our team.
As an Assistant Facility Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, supporting our employees, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the Facility Manager in overseeing daily facility operations, maintenance, and repairs
Manage and perform routine maintenance and repairs of office equipment and systems, including:
Air Conditioning (AC) systems
Furniture and fixtures (e.g., chairs, tables, cabinets)
Electrical systems and lighting
Plumbing and water systems
Building maintenance and repairs (e.g., painting, carpentry, etc)
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for larger maintenance and repair projects
Lead and coordinate the facility team, including:
Supervising and guiding technicians and maintenance staff
Assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of work orders
Providing training and development opportunities for team members
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
Develop and implement facility management plans, budgets, and procedures
Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and stakeholders
Monitor and control facility-related expenses and budgets
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and management
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proximity to Isolo, Lagos State
