Create and present conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs
Effectively communicate design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Work with developers, project managers, and consultants to align designs with project requirements and budgets.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
Develop architectural designs, plans, and drawings for residential, commercial, and institutional project
Prepare detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of building projects
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budget, and project requirements
Create 3D models of infrastructure to present a near-reality glimpse ofthestructure
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ)
2 – 5 years proven experience as an Architect, preferably in a real estate firm
Professional registration or license as an Architect
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projectexperience
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and qualitystandards
Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
Visual awareness and aneye for details
