We are in search of a goal-oriented architect with core experience in project rendering/drawings. This personnel must be an avid team player and will share the co-responsibility of understanding our clients’ needs and interpreting them using the best design tools and client relationship management etiquette.

Responsibilities:

Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents, including strategies for managing them throughout each project.
Sketch preliminary plans, including electrical layouts, partition designs, and spatial planning.
Lead and develop projects from conceptualization through design development.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
Create both 2D and 3D architectural drawings, renderings, and construction documents using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Develop photo-realistic 3D visualizations for client presentations and project approvals.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design development.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project correspondence.
Assist in updating the company’s catalogues and brochures to reflect ongoing projects and design capabilities.
Collaborate with teams across departments, ensuring project alignment and smooth execution.
Ensure accuracy in spatial planning, structural details, and material selection while adhering to client requirements.
Budget management, including preparing quotes, analyzing project costs, and making strategic financial decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
2–5 years of experience in project design and execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Leadership abilities to collaborate and motivate teams toward optimizing productivity.
Solid hands-on budget management skills, including project cost estimation and financial decision-making.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Candidates must reside in close proximity to Victoria Island, Lagos.
