A business venture between father and son, Fun Snax began way back in 2005 when the dynamic duo first launched their light and fluffy cheeseballs, in their hometown of Lagos, Nigeria. It was thanks to the success of these cheesy snacks that the pair then went onto design and craft new products for the range. Responsibilities
All types of welding, Fabricating, and Mechanical jobs.
Activities and Report:
Following safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Using hand and power tools to trim, clean, and prepare metal surface for welding.
Using welding equipment’s to join metal parts and components
Reading blueprints and technical specification to determine welding requirements
Adjust welding settings to ensure proper penetration and welding quality.
Inspecting welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment
Maintain logs and records of all work performed, and prepare report to management on equipment condition, operational issues, and repair progress.
Improve MTBF, and reduce MTTR, improve efficiency.
Follow the preventive maintenance schedule and act accordingly to achieve the goal towards Zero Wastage, Zero Breakdown, Zero Accident
Communicating effectively with Stakeholders at all levels of the Organization.
Coordinate with concern team for spare parts management.
Perform why why analysis for every breakdown and implement corrective action as per responsibility matrix equipment’s.
Involve to solve breakdown and any fabrication job as required.
Help to electrical mechanical and plumber inter departmental activity.
Coordinate with cross functional department like production, qc, it, admin, hr, logistics,
Submit one cost reduction plan per month and implement it.
KRA (Key Result Areas) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators):
Breakdown less than 5%
Specific consumption reduction — 5 % Each. (Spare parts and repair, NEPA and Diesel, LPG)
