Job description
Guest Management:
Communicate with guests at pre-arrival and during stay.
Ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate guest records (guest booking, payment, etc.)
Supervise house keeping and maintenance staff.
Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure all tools are in good working condition
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Managing inventory and supplies
Manage all booking and payments processes
Develop and implement marketing strategies for stable occupancy
Prepare regular reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and financial performance.
Requirements
BSC/ HND in Hospitality, management or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in hospitality/ facility Management or similar role
Knowledge of Nigerian hospitality industry trends.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills .
Female preferred but not mandatory
Must reside within Lekki/Ajah axis and willing to resume immediately
