The Health Strategy and Delivery Foundation (HSDF) is a non-profit firm established in December 2013. The organization was established to improve the quality of decision-making and execution in the health sector. HSDF supports key stakeholders at all levels of the government and private sector by providing strong analytical support and deploying innovative frameworks and tools to generate measurable and sustainable results.

We are seeking a young, passionate and motivated Admin Intern who will support operational and programmatic activities.
The intern will work closely with the administrative and program teams to provide essential support across a range of functions, including office management, documentation, Procurement, logistics, and internal communications.
Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment and provide administrative support to program and field teams.
Support vendor administration, maintenance and repairs across the office facilities.
Support the documentation of goods received and inventory logs, and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
Distribute internal communications, notices, and memos to staff and provide administrative support to program and field teams.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to organizational initiatives including team and client problem-solving sessions
Assist with procurement documentation and other procurement activities.
Performs other responsibilities as may be directed by supervisor.
Requirements
The successful candidate is expected to have the following qualifications, technical competencies, and behavioural competencies:
A Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
At least one (1) year of professional working experience in an admin or similar field/role.
Attention to detail, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to HSDF values – People-oriented, Evidence-driven, Impact-focused, and Ownership-mindset.
This is an internship opportunity, and preference may be given to male candidates who demonstrate strong hands-on skills and are immediately available to support the team on-site.
