Supervise and adequately manage Team members to ensure productivity
Manage client experience, ensuring satisfaction through timely delivery of service to maximize client retention.
Ensure quality service and constantly monitor levels of service quality, and devise strategies to improve any shortfalls.
Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clinical teams, suppliers, strategic partners, and external advisors.
Manage and maintain the contracting process of vendors including Social Media
Compile accurate weekly management reports as required.
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the administration functions and maintain a healthy administrative system of the Hospital.
Develop and manage administrative budgets in line with budgetary restrictions.
Work with the GM and other members of the administrative team in the generation and management of a sustainable pipeline of work that reflects the current and anticipated administrative strategy and business plans
Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Assess overall administrative performance against set objectives.
Comparing vendor prices for purchases
Ensuring that all the facilities of the hospital are properly maintained in line with health and safety policies
Ensure adequate reduction of administrative cost
Responsible for ensuring the hospital wards are properly arranged and conducive.
Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
Ensure safety in the Hospital by making sure that security is alert to their job.
Management of waste disposal.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of administrative employees.
Provide standard clerical duties as assigned, including mailing, and communicating with clients and partners.
Nurture a positive working environment and develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments.
Completion of all On-boarding activities for each new staff
Ensure legal compliance throughout administrative management.
Perform any other duties from higher authority.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND Degree in management courses
Minimum of 2 years work experience as an Administrative Managerin Health care
Resident in Lagos (Around Magodo phase 2
Good communication skills
Computer skills
Must be willing to do night shift
