Reconcile the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
Manage financial reports using income and expenditure accounts.
Manage the company’s finances using the company’s financial accounting software.
File and remit taxes and other financial obligations.
Carryout payroll duties.
Manage all accounting transactions.
Prepare budget forecasts and publish financial statements in time.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely bank payments and deposit.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Audit financial transactions and documents.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information, pricing, customer information and other sensitive information.
Maintain and manage all Procurement activities.
Job Specification
(Education/Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Required Details)
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant Accounting experience.
Must be female.
Previous experience with filing taxes returns.
ICAN certification (not mandatory).
