Measure and mix ingredients accurately, following recipes and quality standards.
Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters safely and efficiently.
Decorate and present pastries attractively to meet customer expectations and brand standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry preparation area and ensure food safety compliance.
Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and assist with ordering or restocking as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of pastry items.
Innovate and contribute to the development of new pastry recipes or seasonal specials.
