Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts Payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements in compliance with legal requirements
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments and manage tax payments and returns.
Audit financial transactions and documents.
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Experience with general ledger functions and the month end/year-end close process.
Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like QuickBooks.
Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree; additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.
