Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks.
Conduct installation and gas welding of Split AC units.
Demonstrate experience in HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
Maintain daily logs and records of all maintenance activities.
Ensure adherence to appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Follow service standards, work instructions, and meet customers’ requirements.
Provide assistance with customers’ inquiries.
REQUIREMENT:
Candidates should possess an HND / OND qualification or a trade test certification with 4 – 6years’ work experience as an AC Technician
