Summary
We are seeking a competent and proactive Human Resource Officer to join our team in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and other HR operational duties.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate performance management and staff appraisals.
Provide HR reports and analytics to management as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–5years of proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
Solid understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
