Collect and deliver items (documents, supplies, stock, equipment, or products) between departments or locations.
Assist in stocking, replenishing, and organizing items as directed.
Provide support to operational teams by responding quickly to requests.
Ensure that deliveries are accurate, complete, and handled with care.
Maintain records of deliveries and report discrepancies to supervisors.
Support housekeeping of work areas (keeping stockrooms, shelves, or delivery areas tidy).
Comply with company policies, health & safety standards, and security procedures.
Perform other errands or tasks as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of SSCE / High School Certificate or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role (runner, store assistant, errand staff) is an advantage.
Ability to work quickly, follow instructions, and manage time effectively.
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift or move light-to-moderate loads.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual.
