Job Summary:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and organized Transport Ticketer to join our team. As a Transport Ticketer, you will be responsible for generating and issuing tickets, managing daily weight data, and providing excellent customer service. If you have excellent communication skills and experience in ticketing or customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in a related field (e.g., customer service, sales)
Minimum 2years experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and knowledge of ticketing systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and issue tickets to customers
Manage daily weight data and submit reports
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or in-person
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Meet sales targets and promote transportation services
