We are recruiting Senior Wireline Engineers to support our expanding wireline operations.
The role involves technical leadership in electric line and slickline operations, client interface, and mentoring of junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical planning and execution of wireline operations.
Conduct pre-job planning, risk assessments, and technical reviews.
Supervise field operations and ensure safe job execution.
Interface with clients during project planning and implementation.
Prepare technical proposals and job programmes.
Analyze and interpret wireline data and logs.
Mentor junior engineers and field personnel.
Support equipment procurement and specification activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Participate in business development activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in wireline operations.
Extensive experience in electric line logging and perforating.
Knowledge of completion and production logging techniques.
Experience with wireline tools and surface equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client interface abilities.
Proficiency in wireline interpretation software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering.
Experience in Nigerian oil & gas operations.
IWCF Well Control certification.
Knowledge of completion design and optimization.
Experience with advanced logging tools and techniques
Project management experience.
Technical Skills:
