The Electrical Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of electrical equipment and systems throughout our facilities.
This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine electrical maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.
Perform installation and testing of electrical systems and components.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues effectively.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve system performance.
Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans.
Qualifications and Requirements
Technical Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience preferably in the mining industry.
Must have the ability to multitask effectively.
Good communication skills, with the ability to work in a team.
Candidates living in close proximity to Kadunaand its environs are preferred.
