Summary of role’s responsibility is as follows:
Operate motor grader safely and efficiently to achieve desired grades and surfaces.
Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on the grader.
Follow project specifications, blueprints, and supervisor instructions.
Collaborate with other construction teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to site safety protocols.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND / OND qualification
2-5 years work experience.
Knowledge In maintaining heavy duty equipment
Good communication and team player
Attention to Details
Experience in road construction and excavation.
