Responsible for analyzing sales data to help increase the company’s revenue
Collecting and analyzing data related to sales trends and customers behaviour
Creating detailed reports to provide insights that inform sales strategies
Collaborating with sales, marketing and finance teams to understand data needs and optimize promotional strategies
Monitoring of daily and weekly national sales statistics report to the company
Monthly/periodic sales achievement and year-to-date- sales analysis
Resolve discrepancies with the customer prior to order entry; enter sales orders into the internal system and reconcile requests/orders with delivery.
Ability to evaluate sales performance and markets trends
Skills, Competencies and Requirements
Strong analytical skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Good computer knowledge with depth in Ms. Excel
Knowledge of FMCG industry and good understanding of sales processes
Basic knowledge of consumer goods and two years’ experience in selling.
