We’re seeking a creative and experienced Content Creator with a background in healthcare to develop engaging content for our hospital.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and be able to craft compelling stories, social media posts, and other content that showcases our hospital’s mission, values, and services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality content (written, visual, and video) that highlights the hospital’s services, staff, and patients
Create engaging social media posts, blog articles, and other content to increase online presence and patient engagement
Collaborate with hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, and administrators, to gather stories and information for content creation
Utilize storytelling techniques to convey complex medical information in an accessible and compelling way
Manage and maintain the hospital’s content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content publication
Analyze content performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in content creation (writing, videography, photography, or social media management)
Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting (previous employment or volunteering)
Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and issues
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms
Familiarity with video editing software and graphic design tools.
