Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HR consulting space through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Promote and position our HR solutions—including recruitment, training, HR advisory, and organizational development—to prospective clients.
Build strong, consultative relationships with HR leaders, business owners, and C-level executives.
Understand client pain points and tailor service offerings to meet their strategic workforce needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Work closely with HR consultants and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Track sales activity and maintain accurate client records using CRM tools.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree with 3 – 6 years work experience.
