Carry out data collation and entry.
Perform data collation and pictorial presentation.
Carry out post-service follow-up of every service and/or maintenance.
Conduct customer prospecting, acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Carry out material/parts requisition and appointment scheduling.
Perform any other job-related tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
National Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration Mass Communication and any other social science course with a minimum of six (6) years’ experience performing similar role in a well-structured environment.
COMPETENCIES:
The ideal candidate must:
Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Have working knowledge of Oracle material requisition systems.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and reading comprehension.
Be experienced in conducting CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) surveys and resolving customer complaints effectively.
Exhibit strong time management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
