Fixing giant forklifts like 16-ton Hyster and Taylor models.
Working on huge cranes (30 & 35-ton Grove Cranes).
Becoming a master of hydraulic systems – you’ll diagnose and repair all hydraulic issues like leaks and faulty valves.
Repairing and overhauling engines, especially if you know Cummins engines.
Handling all brake systems (air and hydraulic).
Taking charge of steering and axle repairs.
Doing routine service and maintenance like a pro.
Fixing and overhauling transmissions.
Solving any engine or hydraulic problem that comes your way.
Replacing seals on hydraulic cylinders.
Troubleshooting and repairing mast and carriage issues on forklifts.
Working with electrical systems and controllers.

Qualifications

Trade test certificate with a Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience as an Auto Mechanic.
