We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Authorizer to join our DSA Scanning Hub team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and authorizing digitized documents to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with internal data management protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Review scanned documents for completeness, legibility, and correct classification.
Authorize scanned files for upload into the enterprise digital archive system.
Identify and flag any inconsistencies or quality issues for correction.
Maintain accurate authorization records and logs in accordance with company standards.
Coordinate with scanning operators and quality control teams to resolve document issues.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the scanning hub.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must have completed his/her NYSC
Must not be older than 28 years
1 – 3 years of experience in document scanning, archiving, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of documents.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
