We are hiring a results-driven Team Lead, Digital Products to support our digital strategy.
The ideal candidate will have strong product development experience and a proven ability to lead agile teams in delivering custorner-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of digital product lines aligned with business strategy.
Convert business needs and customer insights into product features.
Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Compliance teams.
Monitor product performance and user feedback for improvements.
Support the development of product frameworks and governance standards.
Drive innovation and identify opportunities for product evolution.
Qualifications and Experience:
5—7 years of experience in digital product development or transformation.
Banking or financial services background preferred.
Strong knowledge of agile delivery methods and product lifecycle management.
Bachelor’s degree; certifications (e.g., Agile/scrum, PMP) are a plus.
Excellent analytical, attention-to-detail, and communication skills.
