Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret statistical data to support decision-making and strategy development.
Marketing Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including direct and digital marketing efforts.
Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, both in person and online.
Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events and appointments.
Inventory Management: Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and prepare necessary reports.
Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to marketing and data analysis.
Computer Skills: Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and statistical software.
Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of direct and digital marketing strategies and tools.
Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organization: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
