Provide compassionate care and support for patients, addressing their physical and emotional needs.
Analyze clinical variables to assess their impact on patient outcomes.
Monitor and observe patients closely, documenting vital information to inform treatment decisions.
Advocate for patients’ well-being both within and beyond the healthcare environment.
Build rapport and establish trust with patients to ensure effective care.
Adhere strictly to medical protocols, procedures, and safety standards.
Identify and report irregularities or changes in patients’ conditions promptly.
Assist physicians with patient triage, including recording medical histories, vital signs, and presenting complaints.
Manage and maintain daily inventory of medications, vaccines, and medical supplies.
Prepare clear and detailed written reports as required for clinical documentation or handover.
Assist in the procurement and validation of diagnostic consumables and materials.
Requirements
Proven professional nursing experience with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure and fast-paced clinical environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.
