Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and customer representatives.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Analyse project data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
Requirements
Some Key Requirements include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, or related engineering field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in oilfield services, project management, or related field.
Graduating grade of Second Class Upper (2:1) or higher
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Prior extensive experience in the oil and gas industry
Strong knowledge of drilling, completion, and production operations.
Proven project management skills, with experience in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional engineering certification (PE) or equivalent.
Experience with project management software and tools.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., API, OSHA).
