Deal HQ Partners is seeking innovative and experienced Finance Associates to support our team.
The ideal candidate will:
Have 3–7 years’ post-call experience in a reputable commercial law firm
Possess strong expertise in corporate finance, project finance, capital markets, and infrastructure finance
Advise on structuring deals, drafting & negotiating finance documents, and guiding clients on regulatory/compliance issues
Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, drafting, and presentation skills
Show proven ability to work independently with attention to detail
