Advise on transactions across oil & gas, power, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects
Work closely with partners to provide transactional, regulatory, and advisory support
Contribute to the structuring and execution of high-value energy projects across Africa
Demonstrate strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Nigeria and Africa’s energy markets
Exhibit excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills, with commercial awareness and attention to detail
Requirements include:
B.L from the Nigerian Law School or equivalent Bar qualification in another African jurisdiction
3–7 years’ post-call experience in a reputable commercial law firm with focus on energy, oil & gas, power, or infrastructure
Demonstrated experience handling energy or infrastructure transactions
Excellent writing, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Strong legal research competency and ability to manage multiple projects
