Conduct training needs assessments across the group.
Work with line managers and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
Develop and maintain the annual training calendar.
Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
Source and liaise with external trainers, vendors, and institutions where required.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions (venue, materials, communication, attendance).
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements for professional development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
Professional certification in Learning & Development/HR (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc.) is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Learning & Development.
Experience with digital learning platforms and training technologies is desirable.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess learning needs and design appropriate programs.
