Operational Oversight:
AGMs assist in managing daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and potentially food and beverage.
Staff Management:
They supervise, train, and mentor staff, potentially assisting with hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Guest Relations:
AGMs play a crucial role in guest satisfaction, addressing complaints and ensuring a positive experience.
Financial Management:
They may assist with budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
Administrative Support:
AGMs provide administrative support to the General Manager, including policy implementation and reporting.
Compliance:
They ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Strategic Planning:
AGMs may contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for revenue growth and improved guest satisfaction.
Special Events:
They may coordinate and supervise special events, meetings, and conferences.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc Degree with 3 – 5 years of work experience.
