As a Business Developer, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and building strong customer relationships. You’ll work both independently and as part of a high-performing team to achieve and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned territories.
Build and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
Negotiate and close deals that align with company objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Track and report key performance metrics and sales data.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
NYSC discharge certificate is mandatory.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven, proactive, and resilient personality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
