The University of Amsterdam Machine Learning Scholarship is a fully funded graduate opportunity for highly motivated candidates with interested in machine learning and drug discovery.
The University of Amsterdam Scholarship offers a €3,881 monthly salary, bonuses and allowances, health insurance, and the network opportunity which provides support for your spouse through various training sessions.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the University of Amsterdam Scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:
You have a creative, curious, and driven nature;
You have a recent master’s degree in artificial intelligence with a specialisation in natural science or a master’s degree in science, such as pharmaceutical science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or physics, with a specialization in machine learning;
Experience with geometric machine learning and/or molecular simulation is preferred.
Experience with (bio-) molecular modeling is preferred;
You have good programming skills.
You have excellent communication skills in oral and written English;
You have strong initiative and good time management skills.
Benefits
Monthly Salary: €3,059 in the first year, rising to €3,881 by the fourth year (Scale P, full-time 38 hours/week)
Contract Duration: 4 years (18-month initial contract with extension upon satisfactory performance)
Holiday Bonus: 8%
Year-End Bonus: 8.3%
